Refund Policy for Digital Products

Digital Product Policy

All products sold by Aladdin Insight are digital downloads delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded the product.

No Refunds After Download

Once you have received access to your digital download via email or the order confirmation page, the sale is considered complete and refunds cannot be issued. This policy is in accordance with consumer protection laws regarding digital content in applicable jurisdictions.

Exceptions

We will provide a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing you from accessing or downloading your purchase, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate order.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered due to an error on our part.
  • Corrupted Files: If the downloaded file is corrupted or damaged and we cannot provide a working replacement.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us via our contact form within 7 days of purchase.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for purchase
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Regional Consumer Rights

For EU Customers: By purchasing and downloading digital content from Aladdin Insight, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).

For All Other Regions: Your purchase is subject to the consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Where local laws provide additional rights, those rights remain in effect alongside this policy.
